Kirby Andersen

Kirby has served in pastoral roles for over 40 years, including 19 years as a Senior Pastor. Throughout his ministry, he and his wife, Gail, have been passionate about building strong family relationships and culture. They have five sons and daughters, three daughters-in-law, and seven grandchildren (so far). Kirby now coaches church teams and individual church leaders to better fulfill their God-given calling without losing their families or personal health in the process. 

Kirby is passionate about the value of Christian counseling. He is uniquely qualified to help build relationships with churches and Christian business owners in their efforts to provide excellent mental health support for their teams and those they serve.
