• Clinical Excellence: We provide rigorous training and support to help supervisees/interns develop strong clinical skills and knowledge. We utilize various supervision methods, including case studies, role-play, and group discussions, to ensure supervisees/interns are prepared to handle a wide range of clinical challenges.

• Ethical Guidance: We uphold the highest ethical standards in our practice and equip supervisees/interns to do the same. We provide comprehensive training on ethical codes, state regulations, and best practices in therapy.

Dr. Nieman is an AAMFT (American Association of Marriage & Family Therapist) Approved Supervisor as well as an LMFT Approved Supervisor allowing him to supervise LMFT Candidates.

​

Dr. Nieman often has MFT, LPC & CSW Interns in the office and can provide the necessary supervision for those student’s practicums/internships.
